This cue is a very special vintage style cue made by Carolina Custom Cues. This cue is made with a true full splice design. (The ebony from the points continued beneath the wrap and include the butt cap. This type of full splice is a lost art, rarely found in modern cue making!). The forearm is highly figured curly maple. The veneers are maple, green, orange and black. The wrap is a traditional white with green spec Irish linen. The joint is genuine ivory with a 5/16 x 14 piloted pin. There is an ivory Hoppe style ring at the butt cap. Predator 314-2, Predator Z-2 and OB-1 shafts are now available for all Carolina Custom Cues with Matching Ring Work!
All Shaft are AAA hard rock maple with a Pro Taper.
